Sushi Note is seeking a hospitality professional to fill the position of our Service Host. This person is responsible for: Creating and managing reservations and seat times Contacting guests for confirmation status Greeting guests upon arrival and departure Assisting the service team with delivery of food to guests Maintenance of the dining room tables including clearing and resetting. The general support of the servers and Somms as they work directly with our guests. This position earns the $18 per hour rate plus a share in the tip pool. Dinner shifts only. Must possess a true passion for service and a motivation for promotion within the restaurant. Sushi and Wine knowledge is a plus. Upscale dining experience a must.
